All housing comes with wireless Internet access, parking for one car, and communal dinners. There are two 3/4 baths available.
The house is non-smoking, but there are porches both front and back where it is OK.
All permanent residents are expected to put in an hour of labor per week. They are also expected to buy food for and cook one communal dinner per week. In addition they are assigned a house cleaning task.
Occasional porcupine crashers are welcome. Cost per night is either one hour of labor or one ounce of silver (Liberty Dollars preferred). We have space for crashing, but no actual bedding.
